*United Kingdom: Free standard shipping (5–14 working days after dispatch). Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

At Linen Hue, each order is carefully handcrafted after it is placed. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. However, during holidays or peak shopping periods, processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order and ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of purchase. We can only accept cancellations within this timeframe, otherwise, the items can be made already.

In rare cases, if an item is out of stock or no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and may suggest suitable alternative products.

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and offer free express shipping for all orders (delivery in 2–5 working days after dispatch).
For the UK, free standard shipping is available with delivery in 5–14 working days after dispatch. Express shipping to the UK (1–3 working days after dispatch) is available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.

Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Also, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems.

 

CUSTOMS

Unfortunately, we cannot foresee international taxes, so buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Information for customers from the United Kingdom: no import taxes with Standard Shipping. Import taxes may apply when choosing Express shipping.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - NOT ACCEPTED

Each item in our shop is made to order — we cut the fabric and sew it especially for you after your purchase. We do not keep items in stock, which is why we’re unable to accept returns.
We kindly ask our customers to shop responsibly and sustainably. Because of the wide range of custom sizes and color variations we offer, returned items cannot be resold and would remain unused in our studio.
